Graduate Diploma in Forensic Science to the Master of Forensic Science by coursework and dissertation
- In order to proceed from the Graduate Diploma in Forensic Science to the Master of Forensic Science by coursework and dissertation (51520), your weighted average mark across all units undertaken must be at least 60 per cent.
- A complete application for the Master must be submitted to the Faculty of Life and Physical Sciences towards the end of the Graduate Diploma course.
Graduate Diploma in Forensic Science to the Master of Forensic Science by research
- In order to proceed from the Graduate Diploma in Forensic Science to the Master of Forensic Science by research (50770), your weighted average mark across all units undertaken must be at least 70 per cent.
- You will need to acquire a supervisor and then apply to the Graduate Research and Scholarships Office.
Master of Forensic Science by research to Combined Master of Forensic Science/PhD
Students who have completed outstanding work during their Master degree and have not taken out the degree may apply for PhD candidature with appropriate credit for work done as part of their Master degree.
